1. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your BossRO account. Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Do not share your account username or password with other players. BossRO staff will never ask for your password.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. BossRO staff are not responsible for losses resulting from voluntarily sharing your account information, using unsafe third-party software, or failing to protect your credentials.

3. Player Conduct

Players are expected to behave respectfully toward other members of the BossRO community.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other players.
• Impersonating BossRO staff or another player.
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or excessively inappropriate language.
• Advertising other private servers or unrelated services without permission.
• Attempting to scam, deceive, or defraud other players.
• Exploiting bugs or intentionally abusing unintended game mechanics.

4. Cheating and Third-Party Programs

The use of unauthorized third-party programs, bots, macros, automation tools, packet editing tools, modified clients, or other software intended to provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

BossRO reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action when there is sufficient evidence of prohibited activity.

5. Bugs and Exploits

Players must report serious bugs and exploits to the BossRO staff instead of intentionally abusing them.

Exploiting a bug for personal gain, including obtaining items, zeny, credits, experience, or other advantages, may result in disciplinary action and removal of illegally obtained benefits.

6. In-Game Items and Currency

All characters, items, zeny, currencies, rewards, rankings, and other digital game content exist within the BossRO game environment and do not constitute personal property outside the service.

BossRO may correct, remove, restore, or modify game content when necessary to address bugs, exploits, abuse, database errors, or server-related issues.

7. Donations and Credits

Donations and purchases made through BossRO are voluntary contributions associated with digital benefits or credits provided by the server.

Players are responsible for reviewing the offered benefits and applicable payment information before completing a transaction. BossRO may investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, or otherwise abusive.

8. Staff and Support

BossRO administrators and Game Masters may enforce these rules to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment.

Players must follow reasonable instructions from authorized staff while an issue is being investigated. Abuse, threats, or impersonation of staff may result in disciplinary action.

9. Punishments

Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, BossRO may apply measures such as warnings, chat restrictions, temporary suspension, character penalties, removal of prohibited items or benefits, or permanent account termination.

BossRO may consider the player's history, severity of the violation, impact on other players, and available evidence when determining an appropriate action.

10. Server Changes and Maintenance

BossRO may perform maintenance, updates, database corrections, balance changes, feature changes, or emergency shutdowns when necessary.

Server availability and game features may change over time. Downtime caused by maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, attacks, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

11. Privacy

BossRO may collect and process information necessary to operate accounts, provide game services, prevent abuse, investigate violations, and maintain server security.

Players should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through public channels, Discord, forums, or in-game chat.

12. Chargebacks and Fraud

Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment disputes, payment manipulation, or chargebacks made in bad faith may result in suspension or termination of the associated BossRO account and removal of benefits obtained through the transaction.

13. External Links and Services

BossRO may provide links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. BossRO is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

14. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering for or using BossRO, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not create or use a BossRO account.

15. Changes to These Terms

BossRO may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
